In 1964, Hanna-Barbera was tasked with creating the opening and closing credits of the Screen Gems television production, Bewitched. Artist Ed Benedict worked on the animation, which featured protagonist Samantha Stephens riding a broom in full witch garb before twitching her nose and returning home to make dinner for her advertising executive husband, Darren.
